Next round table

In a monthly open Round Table meeting all interested members can participate and exchange ideas about how the federation can grow and evolve, adding value for all its members. If you want to assist at these meetings, feel welcome to join us but please enroll on the website.

If you have topics you like to deal with, issues you want to discuss,… Just let us know what they are by sending an email one week in advance to sara@contactcentres.be

The next meeting of this kind is scheduled on September, 8th at IPG Group, Lozenberg 17, 1932 Zaventem from 19 till 21PM. Please, confirm your presence to Sara and /or supply topics before September, 1st.

Call Center of Contact Center? Operator of Klantenadviseur? Een buitenstaander slaat vaak geen acht op de nuance, maar velen binnen onze sector zijn ongetwijfeld gevoelig aan het gebruik van de correcte vaktermen.
